The plan is set from your date. Each task has its category and its due date, and the rest waits its turn.

The current stage shows its tasks, the next ones wait their turn. Anything you haven't done yet moves up into the current stage instead of staying behind.

Running late
When a due date passes, the task does not turn red: it suggests a new date and sets a reminder. You reschedule, and the list stays clean.
We didn't know how to start, or how to move forward. The checklist made our life a lot simpler.

A first list, from the wedding date to the honeymoon suitcases, each with its category and its priority. Whatever you already settled during sign-up arrives ticked, and you add or remove whatever you want afterwards.
Yes, as soon as the wedding date is known. Each task sits at its distance from the big day: the venue twelve months before, the invitations three months before. If the wedding is close, everything tightens up. With no date, tasks arrive with no due date.
Due dates already set do not move on their own: you move a task’s date from its menu, as often as you need to. The “Reset the deadlines” button lays down the ones for the starting tasks that do not have any yet, from your new date, and never touches the ones you set yourself.
As soon as you move a vendor to booked, the task for the venue, the caterer, the photographer, the DJ, the outfit or the rings ticks itself off. While you are still talking, nothing moves, and the other trades you tick yourself.
Yes. Your partner sees exactly the same checklist, and each task can be assigned to one or the other of you.
To your calendar, yes: one file for a single task, or one file with all your dated tasks that are still open, readable by Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook. There is no PDF export of the checklist yet.
