Je recommande la privatisation de l’essayage car c’est un moment superbe où les émotions peuvent s’exprimer librement. Les vendeuses nous accompagnent dans les choix et nous conseillent pour les morphologies’ tout en respectant notre budget. Dans mon cas, il y avait pas mal de retouche à faire (en plusieurs fois) et le travail de la couturière est d’orfèvre ! Mais attention, le prix des retouches pique un peu, à mon sens :) merci de m’avoir si bien conseillée

Contrairement à beaucoup de femmes, je n'ai jamais vraiment apprécié faire des essayages de robes de mariée. Cependant, chez Inouï, mon expérience a été exceptionnelle. L'accueil et l'accompagnement lors de mes premiers essayages ont été remarquables, et la couturière s'est véritablement démenée pour me créer des manches sur mesure. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe ! J’avais prévu d’aller visiter plusieurs lieux de robes de mariée, mais InOUI a mis la barre trop haute! Après avoir comparé à un autre magasin, j’ai annulé tous les RDV suivants! C’était un moment magique et super fun à la fois. Le lieu est propre, confortable et chaleureux. Sans parler de la qualité des robes et de leur entretient. J’ai été prise en charge par Manon qui a été super efficace et agréable ! Une vrai professionnelle ! J’ai pu reprendre RDV très facilement et rapidement chez InOUI pour finaliser mon choix, j’ai tellement hâte d’y retourner 🤗😍 Mille merci pour ce moment inoubliable !

With her kindness and attentive listening, she expertly guides every bride-to-be towards the dress of their dreams, in harmony with their personality and desires. A fashion enthusiast and skilled with her hands, she has worked in tailoring for over 15 years and has contributed to collections for some of the biggest names (Cacharel, Chloé, Balenciaga... to name but a few). When she's not busy perfecting the alterations on your wedding dresses, she channels her talent into medieval costumes! Her kindness, gentle nature, and smile are highly appreciated by you. Enza caught the sewing bug from a very young age. With over 30 years of experience in couture, she notably worked for the renowned Franco Dragone, for whom she crafted the most imaginative costumes. Pina is the team's Italian Mama! With over 45 years of experience, Pina is our most seasoned seamstress. In addition to meticulously altering your dresses, she is responsible for training our new recruits and interns. Singing along to Laura Pausini, she keeps the workshop running like no one else. At the end of 2026, she will be leaving us to retire. It will be a difficult departure for the whole team. We hope she agrees to work a few days a week still. Keep your fingers crossed for us.

Seamstress Intern
Estelle has been with us for a year, working as our seamstress and styling intern. Despite her young age, she quickly found her place in the workshop thanks to her natural talent for sewing and her motivation. She started by helping to create our inOUI collection, before taking on her first simple alterations. Today, her help is invaluable, especially during peak season. Her meticulousness, good humour, and positive energy allow her to develop rapidly within our company.
