I’m Didier Pattyn, a Brussels-based photographer specialising in portrait and fashion photography, now bringing my experience and visual approach to weddings.
For me, wedding photography is about much more than documenting what happened. It is about seeing the people, the atmosphere and the moments that make your day uniquely yours — and turning them into images that you will still love years from now.
My style combines the refinement of portrait and fashion photography with the authenticity of documentary storytelling. I pay close attention to light, composition, expression and detail, while remaining present enough to capture the spontaneous moments that happen naturally throughout the day.

My background in portrait photography has taught me that a great photograph is not simply about how someone looks. It is about capturing something of who they are.
On your wedding day, I will guide you when a beautifully composed portrait calls for direction, but I also know when to step back and let the moment happen. I also help with the photography timeline beforehand, so there is enough space for the photographs without making your day feel rushed.
