Raw (RAW) files are never supplied. Unretouched JPEG files can be requested before the event and will incur an additional charge.

Each service includes a maximum of one round of minor retouching revisions after delivery. Any request for additional retouching or significant modifications may be subject to further billing.

Any additional hours of presence not included in the initial package will be charged at 220€ per commenced hour.

Aerial drone shots are not included in standard packages and are offered as an option from 150€, subject to legal authorisations and favourable weather conditions.

Standard delivery is made within the deadlines agreed upon at the time of contract signing.

Any specific request, additional service, or modification to the brief must be communicated in advance and will be subject to a personalised quote.

The film's duration is determined in advance with the couple based on the selected package. Any request for additional videos, extra formats, teasers, reels, or extended versions will incur a supplementary charge.

Each service includes a maximum of two rounds of minor modifications after the first delivery of the film. Any additional requests may be charged according to the required work time.

Photographs are delivered retouched, and videos are delivered edited according to the format specified in the selected package.
