I'm writing these lines after returning from the Libramont Wedding Fair, and honestly, we've come back full of energy. Two days discussing with couples planning their wedding, dozens of Belgian suppliers met in person, and that energy that no screen can replace. So, I might as well share the full calendar with you.
A wedding fair is the most efficient shortcut to make quick progress: in one weekend, you see wedding venues, taste caterers' food, meet photographers, compare styles. And you'll see us, WEWED, at many of them this season.
Here is the agenda for the Belgium wedding fairs for 2026 and 2027, the dates, the locations, who organises them, and how to get the most out of them when you go.
Three organisers share the season in Wallonia and Brussels: Pierre Dada, with five cities (Brussels, Mons, Liège, Charleroi, Namur), Vlan, including Libramont and Verviers, and Yes I Do, with Ath and Mouscron. WEWED will be present at the five Pierre Dada fairs, in Verviers, and at the two Yes I Do fairs. Entry is sometimes free, sometimes a few euros: check depending on the fair.
Why a wedding fair is still worth the trip
One might think that with the internet, a fair is no longer relevant. I think the opposite. A website shows you polished photos, a fair shows you the real person behind the service. You shake the caterer's hand, you see how the photographer talks about their work, you feel if you connect. No online profile can give you that.
The other advantage is the density. At a fair, everything is grouped together: venues, caterers, DJs, florists, outfits, stationery. You compare directly, you ask your questions, and you leave with quotes. It's a huge time-saver when you're starting to organise and don't know where to begin. To structure the next steps, our guide to organising your wedding in 2026 picks up the thread.
And then there are the fair offers. Many suppliers reserve their best conditions for couples met on site, valid for a few days after the event. If you're ready to sign, that's often where it happens.
The complete 2026-2027 agenda
Here are the appointments to block in your diary. The dates come from the official websites of the three organisers, always check the exact times and ticketing before you travel.
Belgium Wedding Fairs, 2026-2027 Season
If your wedding is planned for 2027 or 2028, these fairs are perfectly timed: you have time to compare without last-minute pressure. A good autumn fair is the ideal starting point for a calm wedding timeline.
Pierre Dada Fairs: Brussels, Mons, Liège, Charleroi, Namur
Pierre Dada applies the same tried-and-tested format in five cities: a large hall, dozens of exhibitors, fashion shows, and everything you need to cover all aspects of a wedding in one visit. It’s the most comprehensive circuit in Wallonia and Brussels.
It kicks off strongly in Brussels, on 3 and 4 October 2026 at Tour & Taxis, a venue with character. This is followed by Mons (14-15 November, Lotto Mons Expo) and Liège (28-29 November, Liège Expo) to round off the autumn. Spring resumes with Charleroi at the Grand Palais (9-10 January 2027) and Namur at Namur Expo (27-28 February 2027). On site, you’ll meet wedding venues, caterers and suppliers that you also find in our selection of wedding venues in Belgium.
We will be present at all five. Come and say hello, we love talking about wedding planning and are happy to answer tricky questions about budget, timing, and booking order.
Vlan Fairs: Libramont and Verviers
ESKCREATION
Vlan covers other territories, with a more intimate atmosphere. We've just returned from Libramont (19-20 September 2026), and it was a truly great edition, with motivated couples and quality discussions from morning to evening.
The next one is Verviers, on 4 and 5 October 2026 at the Van der Valk hotel. We’ll be there. It's the perfect format for the east of Liège province: smaller than a Pierre Dada fair, but that means you can take your time. At this kind of event, you meet suppliers you would never have found by searching at random, a photographer like ESKcreation, a local florist, a village caterer. This is also how you build a solid supplier short-list.
Yes I Do Fairs: Ath and Mouscron
Yes I Do completes the map for western Hainaut, with two human-sized events in 3000 m² halls, featuring around sixty exhibitors each time. We will be there too, and it’s an area we like: close to Tournai, Mouscron, and the French border, with a public of couples we rarely meet at the big Brussels fairs.
The first is Ath, on 10 and 11 October 2026 at Hall Ceva. The second, Mouscron, comes later in the season, on 20 and 21 March 2027 at Centr'Expo. Expect a small entrance fee on site (a few euros), free for children. Free parking in both cases, which is always a bonus when visiting with family.
Keep every favourite in one place
At a fair, you quickly collect ten business cards and five quotes. Centralise your suppliers, your budget, and your appointments in your WEWED couple’s space, and review everything calmly on Monday.
Create my couple’s space →How to prepare for your visit
A fair needs a minimum of preparation, otherwise you just go round in circles and leave with a bag of brochures you’ll never open again. A few habits make all the difference.
The efficient visitor's kit
- A date (even approximate) and a season: suppliers will give you concrete availability and prices.
- A general budget in mind, to quickly filter what’s within your means.
- The estimated number of guests: this dictates the wedding venue, caterer, and quotes.
- Labels or a notebook to jot down who you liked on the spot, otherwise everything blends together by evening.
- Your two email addresses: many fair offers arrive by email afterwards.
My field advice: don't sign anything on the spot on a whim, even with an enticing offer. Make notes, compare objectively, and recontact in the following days. Truly good suppliers will honour their fair offer for a few days, giving you time to breathe. And think budget before everything else; our guide to wedding budget in Belgium helps frame the general figures.
Come and see us
If you're in Verviers next week, or at one of the Pierre Dada fairs this autumn and winter, stop by and say hello. We are not there to sell you anything at all costs. We just like to help Belgian couples organise themselves without getting overwhelmed, and a fair is the perfect place for that.
Come with your questions, even the silliest ones. Where to start, how much to spend on what, in what order to book. This is exactly what we do all day, and often, a ten-minute conversation can unlock weeks of hesitation.
And if you can't make it, don't panic: you can already browse the directory of Belgian suppliers from home, and quietly prepare your wedding day plan.

Frequently Asked Questions about wedding fairs in Belgium
What are the next wedding fairs in Belgium?
For the 2026-2027 season: Libramont (19-20 Sept. 2026), Brussels (3-4 Oct.), Verviers (4-5 Oct.), Ath (10-11 Oct.), Mons (14-15 Nov.), Liège (28-29 Nov.), Charleroi (9-10 Jan. 2027), Namur (27-28 Feb.) and Mouscron (20-21 Mar. 2027). Always check the schedule and ticketing before travelling.
Is entry to a wedding fair charged?
Most often, entry is free or inexpensive, especially at Vlan fairs. But it's better to book your ticket online in advance: it avoids queuing, and some editions limit the number of visitors per slot.
Who organises wedding fairs in Wallonia and Brussels?
Three main players: Pierre Dada, for the fairs in Brussels, Mons, Liège, Charleroi and Namur, Vlan, for other cities including Libramont and Verviers, and Yes I Do, for Ath and Mouscron. Each has its own atmosphere, from large comprehensive halls to more intimate formats.
Should you book your suppliers directly at the fair?
Not necessarily. Take advantage of the fair to meet and compare, collect quotes, then decide calmly. Good fair offers generally remain valid for a few days after the event, so there's no rush on the day itself.
How much time should you allow on site?
Allow at least two to three hours for a large fair if you want to see the essentials without rushing. It's better to arrive at opening time: exhibitors are more available to chat in the morning than at the end of the day.
Which fairs will WEWED be present at?
We will be at the five Pierre Dada fairs (Brussels, Mons, Liège, Charleroi, Namur), at the Verviers fair and at the Yes I Do fairs in Ath and Mouscron. We also recently participated in Libramont. Come to our stand to talk organisation, budget and timing.
The dates and locations cited come from the official calendars of the three organisers (Pierre Dada for Brussels, Mons, Liège, Charleroi and Namur; Vlan for Libramont and Verviers; Yes I Do for Ath and Mouscron), consulted in September 2026. Fairs may adjust schedules and ticketing: always check the source information before travelling.
